Giving and Volunteering
Small acts can have a large impact. From the gift of a few dollars in a loved one’s honor to the gift of a few hours of service, you can brighten someone’s day and help improve their care. Whether you choose to donate your time or financial resources, you can make a huge difference in your community by giving to St. Luke’s Hospital. Caring for the community takes teamwork, and we simply couldn’t do what we do without the generosity of our wonderful volunteers and donors.
Giving: Financial gifts help us enhance our programs and services and buy new equipment to improve the care we provide. When you give to St. Luke’s, your donation will be received by the St. Luke’s Hospital Foundation. Our Foundation, like St. Luke’s Hospital, is a not-for-profit organization. That means that your donation not only helps us enhance the care we provide-- it also helps you by being fully tax deductible. The Foundation will direct your contribution on behalf of the hospital. When you donate, you can choose to designate your donation to a specific program or service, or let us select the area of greatest need.
Thank you for considering a donation to St. Luke’s Hospital. We truly appreciate your help.
Volunteer: When you are a hospital volunteer, you are there to make a difficult day better for a patient or their loved ones. You are the friendly face who guides them through their hospital stay. You are the compassionate helper who tells loved ones and friends much-needed information. Your efforts can be as rewarding and fulfilling to you as they are vital to the patients, visitors, and staff you encounter here.
