Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been living with diabetes for some time, this support group gives people with diabetes and their family members a forum for sharing ideas, concerns and feelings about living with this chronic disease. Topics will include: eye care, humor, grocery shopping, exercising, financial concerns, foot care, yoga and relaxation. |
