St. Luke's would be pleased to have you as a member of Senior Service.

Senior Service benefits include:

Free Educational Classes
Classes are provided to keep you informed of health-related topics of interest including diet, medication, stress management and other major health care concerns.

Social Events
Special social events for members include picnics, holiday parties and luncheons.

Health Screenings
Periodic health fairs include screenings like blood pressure, vision, hearing, blood sugar and pulmonary function.

Courtesy Van
Free transportation is available for scheduled testing and treatment at St. Luke's. The Courtesy Van will take you from your home to the hospital and back, Monday through Friday, for services scheduled from 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. To schedule the Van, call 419-893-5990. Reservations should be made 24-hours before your testing or treatment. The Van is not handicap-equipped.

Exercise
Members are eligible for Body Recall®, a low-impact exercise class for those 55 and older.

Lifeline® - (Click for More Info)
A personal emergency response system keeps you in constant communication with St. Luke's, a friend or a neighbor for emergency medical assistance for a minimal cost.

Free Newsletter
To keep you informed about events and health care information, a free newsletter is sent to your home.

Physician Referrals
If you need a doctor, either for primary care or a specialty, call MedMatch, St. Luke's physician referral service, at 419-893-5993. You will be matched with physicians on St. Luke's staff who meet your medical needs.

Discharge Planning
Many patients have special needs after they are discharged from the hospital. You will receive help in finding sources to meet those needs, which may include home health care, special medical equipment, assisted living or nursing home placement.

CARE! Magazine
You will receive CARE!, St. Luke's magazine. CARE! offers information about developments at St. Luke's Hospital, as well as handy tips on healthy lifestyles.

Free Surface-Level Parking
St. Luke's offers convenient, free parking for patients and visitors and a valet van to drive you from your parking spot to the entrance of the hospital.
