St. Luke’s Foundation to Host Food Truck to Benefit Connecting Kids to Meals

The St. Luke’s Foundation is teaming up with StoryPoint’s The Friendly Fork Food Truck to help fight a problem that knows no season: child hunger.

The Friendly Fork will serve lunch from 11 am to 1:30 pm at St. Luke’s. Half of the food sales will be donated to the St. Luke Foundation, which will use the funds to support Connecting Kids to Meals programming. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.

The Friendly Fork Food Truck is a gourmet food truck operated by StoryPoint, a network of senior living communities which will include a location in Waterville which is scheduled to open in March 2018.

Connecting Kids to Meals has served over 5 million meals to hungry kids in this area over the past five years.

St. Luke’s Hospital is located in Maumee, OH and provides a full range of life-saving care to members of the community. The St. Luke’s Foundation raises money to promote the health of the local community.
